AGCO is seeking a talented, passionate and highly motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join the Corporate Communications team. As a Corporate Communications Manager and Lead Creative Designer for AGCO, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts and designs for various media platforms that are in line with AGCO and its leading brands' voices, look and feel. The role requires strong creative and technical skills as well as the ability to translate stakeholders' needs into compelling visual designs that help achieve business priorities.
Your Impact
- Provide project consultation and execution in the areas of art direction, design, creative development, branding and production for internal and external communications including digital content, asset management, web design, print files, industry trade shows and events, and employee and executive communications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to understand and then execute project requirements and oversee the creative process, ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
- Contribute to high-impact, highly visible projects that are compliant with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards; manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient workflow and strong attention to detail.
- Design and create motion graphics and animation for deliverables such as social media content, banner ad designs, Websites and other digital contents to help promote AGCO's Farmer-First focus through visual storytelling.
- Support AGCO and our stakeholders in all production needs, including creating layouts, mechanicals, templates, digital retouching, image optimization and file prep for use across multiple digital and print platforms.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- A minimum of eight years of design experience demonstrating strong technical expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication or a related arts field, or equivalent certification
- Technical aptitude demonstrated through the ability to use a variety of design platforms and tools, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs. Experience in designing for the web and understanding of basic UX practice in web design; proficiency in Figma highly desired.
- Also required is a proficiency in animation software like Adobe After Effects to create animations and effects. Must be experienced in building and designing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint. Strong English writing skills are desirable.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills; reliable to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately; able to work proactively and independently with a sense of urgency and flexibility on multiple assignments while maintaining high-quality results. Be forward-thinking and able to seek out and apply new technologies. Comfortable rolling up sleeves to execute within a team, both in-person and with remote contacts
