What You'll Own:
- Market Expansion: Discover and pursue new opportunities to close deals with owners, engineers, and contractors to grow STRUCTURAL's regional footprint.
- Full-Cycle Business Development: Lead every phase of the sales process-from pitch, through proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Strategic Collaboration: Shape and execute the vision for sales in Southern California, aligning efforts with company-wide goals while driving revenue and market share.
- Smart Solutions: Turn complex problems into smart, profitable solutions.
- Market Engagement: Leverage your well-established network and industry expertise to open doors and build long-term client relationships. Be where it matters-client sites, boardrooms, and industry events.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance sales team to achieve ambitious targets, and expand STRUCTURAL's market reach, fast.
What You Bring:
- 10-15+ years of B2B sales experience in construction, engineering, or specialty services.
- Deep roots in the Southern California market - you know the landscape, the key players, and how to reach them.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and closing large, complex deals.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking with the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization.
- CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred) and a structured, data-driven approach to sales.
- Willingness to travel ~70% across the Southern California region.
