Job Duties and Responsibilities

We're looking for a strategic, creative, and data-savvy Social Media Lead to own and grow our presence across platforms. This role will drive our social strategy, lead content planning, engage our community, and collaborate with creators and growth teams to amplify our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Strategy & Trends
Develop and execute social strategies aligned with brand goals (awareness, growth, engagement, etc.)
Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and social trends to keep us relevant
Content Planning & Execution
Own the content calendar for all social channels and creator collabs
Schedule and publish across platforms (IG, TikTok, FB, LinkedIn, X, Reels, etc.)
Partner with the creative team to develop engaging, platform-native content (video, photo, text, etc.)
Community Engagement
Manage day-to-day community interactions-responding to comments, DMs, and engaging with followers
Monitor brand mentions and feedback across social platforms
Influencer & Paid Social
Run ongoing influencer/creator programs to boost brand visibility and content
Promote creator content across social to maximize reach
Work with digital growth teams to align on performance goals and co-own paid social campaigns
Performance & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on social and influencer KPIs
Use insights to optimize content and improve campaign performance
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
5+ years of experience in social media management or a related field, preferably within a consumer-facing brand or agency
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven track record of successfully building and engaging online communities and managing influencer relationships
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, influencer marketing strategies, and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for social media and influencer marketing
Strong proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprinklr, social media insights, etc.) to track performance and optimize campaigns
Data-driven and adept at setting, measuring, and interpreting KPIs to generate actionable insights
Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities
Strong team player and work ethic

Compensation: $83,202.50/Year - $118,910.00/Year
