We're seeking someone to join our team as a Senior HR Merger and Acquisition Lead professional to assist in the coordination and project management of activities related to corporate transactions (acquisitions, divestitures, outsourcing, and insourcing) from negotiation through close and execution. This role may also provide project management support to other Firm processes and initiatives as needed.
In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed. This is a Vice President level position within the HR COO team.

What you'll do in the role:
- Coordination of key stakeholders to work through due diligence and legal documentation in support of a transaction while evaluating and acting to mitigate risk throughout the process.
- Transitioning the agreed transaction terms to execution activities by coordinating across HR workstreams to identify key milestones and supporting tasks, develop work plans and timelines, coordinate status updates and track progress against tasks for integration activities.
- Coordination of regular workstream meetings, cross functional focus meetings, updates to Firm/Business Unit PMO; drive agenda and teams toward defined objectives.
- Focus on the Employee Experience and ensuring communications, processes and decisions meet key objectives for impacted employees.
What you'll bring to the role:
- At least 6 years' relevant experience in M&A and/or relevant project management related experience
- Experience working in for a large multinational organization managing large scale transformations.
- Experience in the identification and monitoring of complex interdependencies between workstreams and with functional areas outside of HR.
- Experience with facilitating meetings with various senior stakeholders (including planning, documentation of decisions/next actions, and follow-ups)
- Experience with navigating complex structures that requires ability to work autonomously while simultaneously proactively identifying points of escalation.
