We are looking for an ambitious, goal-oriented individual to join the Client Success team for Bloomberg.com, who can cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with colleges and universities for our growing group subscriptions business. You will be responsible for retaining and growing our existing book of business of Academic Subscriptions clients, with a strong focus on driving activation of seats and engagement with Bloomberg.com content amongst students and faculty at partner institutions globally. You will play an integral role in contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding business unit, and the growth of the overall Bloomberg Media audience by reaching the next generation of Bloomberg.com subscribers.

Salary Range = 115000 - 185000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.

WE'LL TRUST YOU TO:
- Oversee a sizable book of business of existing academic clients globally, with a focus on user growth, engagement and account retention year-over-year.
- Collaborate closely with our academic sales team, marketing team, and other cross-functional stakeholders to operationalize and scale onboarding, activation, and engagement activities for clients while providing an unparalleled customer experience.
- Be willing and able to travel for at least 10-15% of the year to conferences (5-7 per year), on-site activation visits, and meetings with clients to build relationships. Passionately educate Deans, Program Directors, Professors and University Librarians on how to maximise a Bloomberg.com Academic Subscription for their students and faculty.
- Utilize internal systems and functionality to track and enter lead information and results, reporting weekly to Client Success and Subscriptions leadership on progress.
- Be a strong culture carrier and ambassador for a business that is dynamic and growing quickly
YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in client success and/or relationship management, with a successful track record of building, managing and upselling an account base spread across international markets.
- Experience working in EdTech or subscriptions-oriented business a plus
- Experience working within innovative sectors (i.e., healthcare, technology, energy, government, and education) and with clients in multiple regions, with the opportunity to leverage a global network of contacts
- Demonstrated expertise in sales/account management skills, including outreach and cold-calling to net-new contacts at existing clients to drive engagement/usage, and negotiating strategic renewals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
- Problem solving, collaboration, and organizational skills, and an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and clients at once
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret and leverage data to recommend opportunities.
- Ability to execute at a high level with ownership and attention to detail.
