Overview
The Channel Marketing Manager-Basement and Crawlspace owns the channel marketing strategy and execution within all segments of the channel. As the Channel Marketing Manager, it will be critical to be the engine that works cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales Leadership, Marcom, and Finance to develop channel strategy along with innovative promotions that accelerate sales within the current portfolio and drive best in class new product launches.
You will have the opportunity to create, develop, and execute the Healthy Air System strategy for our Basement and Crawlspace partners.
Location: Madison, WI and hybrid onsite 3 days per week

Responsibilities
- Lead the Basement/Crawlspace Marketing Channel strategy to accelerate sales and uncover growth opportunities across dealers, distributors, and field sales teams.
- Dealer Development - Deep understanding of dealer KPI's and how IAQ is associated with the dealer's business goals.
- Be the connector between Product Management, Sales, and Finance-aligning stakeholders on strategy, timelines, and performance expectations.
- Drive commercialization of current and new products-owning everything from launch strategies to tactical marketing initiatives that make a real impact.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to identify and activate scalable promotions, marketing ideas, and channel programs.
- Champion the Healthy Air System message by ensuring consistent and compelling channel communications in partnership with our MarCom team.
- Monitor the market-competitor programs, customer feedback, and channel activity-to keep our strategy agile, relevant, and bold.
- Represent AprilAire in key industry associations (e.g., EEBA, Energy Star, NAHB)-keeping a pulse on trends and making our voice heard.
- Own key channel marketing analytics-turning VOC, internal reports, and market insights into actionable channel marketing strategies for growth.

- Has prior experience owning and executing channel marketing strategies-ideally in a B2B environment.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Has a positive, proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
- Is analytically minded and comfortable using data to drive decisions.
- Understands how to drive dealer development and partner programs from the ground up.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time in the US
- Experience in HVAC, foundation repair, mold remediation, pest control or a similar industry (bonus points!)
