We're looking for a visionary software engineering leader to lead our Treasury IT portfolio. In this role, you'll formally lead, coach, and mentor while actively contributing to the modernization of our treasury platform. Our goal is to divest legacy solutions and transition to modern architecture and vendor platforms.

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range
$100800 - $182400 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

We're looking for a visionary software engineering leader to lead our Treasury IT portfolio. You'll have the opportunity to:
- Manage a team of engineers driving DevOps practices and cloud strategy, implementing and maintaining enterprise technology solutions for Treasury globally to expand business functions (configuration, security, integration, cloud/SaaS, vendor interaction, etc.)
- Collaborate with business and vendor partners and cross-discipline technology team members around the world on future technical trends/directions to meet business strategy initiatives, making well-reasoned design decisions and trade-offs between technical, analytical, and product needs
- Drive automation to improve business and technology efficiency and collaborate with team, business, and Enterprise Architecture to build out Finance data strategy
- Own and design all software development layers of a solution, regularly delivering software on-time and making accurate estimates
- Demonstrate design thinking and create solution architectures, owning design and solution architecture for team's work across multiple vendor platform systems
- Provide technical advice and weigh in on technical decisions impacting finance teams or the company at large, researching, influencing, and proposing new technologies

Who You Are
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree with a preference in a science, technology, engineering, or math related field or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of technology and/or engineering experience
- Formal team leadership experience, coaching and enabling engineering teams and individuals
- Desire to learn new technology and motivate others to do the same
- Wide experience with a diverse set of technologies and software modernization techniques, approaches, tools, etc.
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and facilitation/presentation skills
- Ability to work with multi-functional teams and collaborate with both It and non-IT partners at all levels
- SaaS model tooling and Vendor integration and management
- AWS
- Python & CDK
- IT Treasury or IT Finance experience
