SUMMARY: The Director of Home Visiting & Parenting Partnerships oversees the Early Intervention Parenting Partnership, Healthy Families, and Welcome Family teams, ensuring each operates with a family-centered, prevention-focused, and strengths-based approach. This role is dedicated to delivering high-quality services, grounded in a commitment to supporting families and engaging stakeholders respectfully and effectively.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Oversee comprehensive program management, administration, and adherence to Agency and funding source regulations.
  • Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) for staff and participants, embedding these values within program structures and day-to-day interactions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the program, funding sources, community partners, and referral sources.
  • Enhance staff skills through regular reflective supervision, holding consistent team meetings, weekly management sessions with program supervisors, and bi-weekly meetings with the program Vice President.
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality by monitoring and tracking documentation, collection, and implementation with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement.
  • Safeguard client confidentiality across all program activities.
  • Oversee budget and expenditure tracking to support program operations and activities.
  • Attend all learning collaborative convenings, quarterly meetings, and related sessions as scheduled by funders.
  • Develop and deliver pre-service and ongoing comprehensive staff training.
  • Cultivate and maintain collaborative partnerships and referral networks with local health and human service agencies, as well as educational, cultural, recreational, and support services.
  • Stay informed on best practices in parenting, early education, and home visiting by participating in workshops, webinars, and conferences.
  • Complete all training required by the Agency and funding sources.
  • Participate in all staff meetings and maintain all program and Agency required training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in public health, human services administration, or a related field required; master's degree preferred
  • Three to five years of supervisory or leadership experience in human services or a related field, including expertise in quality assurance and continuous improvement
  • Experience in grants administration, budgeting, and resource development
  • Commitment to reflective practice, with strong communication skills (oral and written) and a collaborative approach to working with others
  • Demonstrated ability to engage actively in program planning and administration
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills to establish trusting relationships
  • Experience supporting culturally diverse families, children, staff, and communities, with a strength-based, family-centered approach
  • Knowledge of infant and child development, parent-child attachment theory, and child and parent wellness
  • Understanding of child abuse and neglect dynamics
  • Background in home visiting, early childhood, and prevention services
  • Infant Mental Health Endorsement preferred
  • Ability to provide a current copy of all required health records (for Early Intervention)
  • A qualifying criminal background check, driving record, valid driver's license, and dependable transportation
