Your Role
The Technology Product and Platform team supports internal and external facing technology products and platforms. The Principal Product Manager, Product and Platform will report to the Sr. Director of Technology Products and Platform. In this role you will define the product strategy, vision and roadmap and deliver both internal and customer-facing analytics products, with a strong focus on data and analytics solutions.

Your Role
The Technology Product and Platform team supports internal and external facing technology products and platforms. The Principal Product Manager, Product and Platform will report to the Sr. Director of Technology Products and Platform. In this role you will define the product strategy, vision and roadmap and deliver both internal and customer-facing analytics products, with a strong focus on data and analytics solutions.

Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Lead the creation and execution of the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for multiple products, platforms or solutions
- Develop new product concepts, designs, and enhancements that reflect business and user needs
- Drive advanced technical products and business issues requiring state-of-the-art technical or industry knowledge
- Have demonstrated experience with taking a product from inception to market
- Serve as an advocate of the product teams to senior leadership and provide consultation to other product managers
- Represent Stellarus to customers and stakeholders internally and externally, showcasing our data and analytics platform, products, and thought leadership
- Actively seek and act on customer feedback, putting them at the center of our decisions
- Develop product roadmap by achieving alignment with key stakeholders and manage and monitor progress
- Nurture a culture of innovation, collaboration and trust within the team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to achieve product excellence
- Demonstrate continuous leadership through product, development, and cross-functional teams
- Leverage product area subject matter experts to lead and educate others on product and departmental goals
- Foster an agile culture anchored in data to validate products, drive insights, and work tactically and strategically
- Engage in agile ceremonies and facilitate those needed for product outcomes
- Drive agile product artifacts and milestones with the leadership team and participate in quarterly and annual planning
- Write and review epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira
- Use product management tools to create, manage, and prioritize the agile team or teams of teams' backlog
Qualifications
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience
- Requires a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Technology Platform/Product Management, Management Consulting, Technology Strategy, or Entrepreneurship
- Master's degree/MBA is preferred
- Agile Product Management/Scaled Agile certification is preferred
- Experience using AI and ML tools to drive product management efficiency
- Preference for candidates with experience launching products with machine learning / LLM / agentic capabilities embedded in the functionality
- Proven technology product management experience, preferably in healthcare
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a high-performing team
- Experience scaling teams and capabilities in an innovative and fast-paced growth organization
- Expert ability to lead, coach, consult with, and influence stakeholders and senior leadership
- Deep understanding of the technology landscape and emerging digital health trends
- Strategic thinker who can translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Hands-on leadership style with problem-solving and project execution capabilities
- Excellent communication skills to present and translate technical capabilities to business leaders, recognize strategic opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
