Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical finance professional to join our M&A team as an Investment Analyst in either Atlanta (Midtown) or New York. The Investment Analyst will play a key role in evaluating acquisition opportunities, supporting cross-functional teams, and contributing to strategic investment decisions. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-volume transactions and to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company.

Key Responsibilities
Construct financial and valuation analyses for asset and portfolio acquisitions
Review and interpret key real estate documents (e.g., tenant leases, settlement statements, escrow schedules)
Support senior leadership and cross-functional teams (legal, sales, accounting) with data-driven insights
Create and maintain Excel models for financial planning and scenario analysis
Track deal pipeline metrics and operational KPIs
Perform ad hoc research, financial modeling, and strategic support as needed

Qualifications
Strong analytical foundation in finance: DCF, IRR, NPV
Advanced Excel skills with 1-3 years of financial modeling or valuation experience
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and communicate effectively
Self-starter mindset with the ability to improve processes and tools
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Experience in financial services, telecom, commercial real estate, or mortgage banking preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce or sales automation tools is a plus
