About the Role:
The Eightfold product marketing team is looking for a talented and passionate product marketer to join our team and lead the marketing efforts for several strategic and fast-growing product lines.
This role will have three core responsibilities:
Public Sector & Workforce Exchange: Serve as the lead product marketer for Eightfold's go-to-market (GTM) strategy within the public sector and take full ownership of the product marketing approach for our Workforce Exchange product. This includes understanding market nuances, tailoring messaging, and driving successful adoption and growth for the business.
Release Marketing: Spearhead our release marketing efforts, ensuring clear and compelling communication of the value and benefits of each product release to both our customers and internal teams.
Public Roadmap: Manage our public-facing product roadmap, developing and maintaining a clear and transparent communication strategy to keep customers informed about upcoming developments and the future direction of Eightfold's solutions.

Starting May 1, 2025, employees residing near Santa Clara, California, will return to the office three times a week. Responsibilities:
- Drive the creation of sales enablement materials, including presentations, and sales collateral, to support the sales team in their efforts.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute key marketing activities related to product releases, including internal and external communications, training materials, and launch assets.
- Develop clear and compelling communications regarding the product roadmap for internal teams, customers, and prospects
- Collaborate with the demand generation team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for eightfold.ai products.
- Participate in the creation and delivery of webinars, external presentations, roundtables, and public events.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Develop customer personas and use cases to inform product messaging, targeting, and positioning.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and iterate based on insights and data.
- Help lead and support functional marketing initiatives such as industry events, internal training and kick-offs, and additional initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the (SaaS) or HR technology industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for B2B products.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product management, sales, and marketing teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
