We are looking for a motivated, team-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our wonderful team. This opportunity offers both part-time and full-time hours with flexible scheduling and great benefits. You will be joining an existing team of Dental Hygienists, with an established and thorough periodontal protocol, to provide the most efficient dental care for our community.

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient screenings, including oral health assessments and dental history reviews
- Perform dental cleanings, including removing plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth
- Apply preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Assist the dentist during procedures by preparing instruments and materials
- Document patient care and treatment plans in dental records
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed
Essential Skills
- Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene
- Valid Dental Hygienist license in Missouri
- CPR Certification
- Nitrous Oxide and Block Anesthesia Certification
- Ability to numb own patients
- Experience working with digital dental software (digital records, radiographs, intraoral camera)
