As our Executive Compensation Partner, you will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and administration of equity compensation programs, policies, structures, and practices for our global organization at Cohesity. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting equity programs and executive compensation. Further, you will be highly analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by finding creative ways to solve problems.

How You'll Spend Your Time Here:
  • Be a driver in the development, implementation, and administration of equity programs.
  • Take a lead role in the preparation of executive compensation and Compensation Committee materials.
  • Work with key stakeholders on current and new plan design, including developing supporting analysis and communication materials.
  • Assess business needs and develop equity compensation programs, including preparing complex and detailed analysis to assess the effectiveness of programs.
  • Develop executive compensation models and processes, which may include building and maintaining reports and dashboards, monitoring the integrity and validity of data reported, and modeling for new plan design.
  • Document processes and build out future operational toolkits to ensure program scale and consistent execution.


We'd Love to Talk if You Have Many of the Following:
  • Minimum 12 years overall experience in Compensation, preferably with 5+ years of directly related experience in equity and executive compensation program development and implementation.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent data modeling capability. Able to synthesize and analyze data sets to extract insights and influence decisions.
  • Mature business acumen and judgment.
  • Strong executive presence. Able to successfully communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to creatively solve business challenges.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills. Thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate's skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$164,000.00-$205,000.00

In-Office Expectations

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
