With a strong grasp of global financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and emerging industry trends, you are adept at navigating complexity and driving strategic, high-impact solutions. Your ability to blend business strategy, technology modernization, and operational excellence enables you to help financial institutions transform and thrive.

A proven revenue generator and thought leader, you have a track record of delivering meaningful business outcomes through advisory, consulting, and technology-driven transformation initiatives. You thrive in fast-paced environments, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to solve critical banking challenges and accelerate innovation.

Market Vision & Strategy
  • Contribute toward market wide vision and strategy, bringing deep understanding of Banking Industry and/or Customer Portfolio to represent customer trends, needs, and Slalom potential tied to that.

Go to Market Approach
  • Focus on developing profitable business strategies and fostering high-value client relationships within their client portfolio.
  • Bring a business builder mindset driving the success of the portfolio through crafting the strategic direction, aligning resource allocation, and managing risks and performance.
  • Identify specific go-to-market execution approach for the industry, leading the effort to define account-specific plans, and aligning appropriate sales and client partner GTM team to pursue and expand client portfolio.

Business Development & Sales
  • Stay up to date with trends, buying patterns and insights within industry or portfolio of business. Directs the prioritization, nature and type of business development and sales activities across portfolio.
  • Approve key investment decisions with the approval of the GTM leader or President (depending on size of investment) to support closure of new CSAs and SOWs that unlock opportunities. Individually pursues business development efforts on aligned account(s) as part of direct quantitative metrics expectations.

Resource Pipeline
  • Provide input to talent needed to support Market/Office based on client needs (i.e., in person support, land/expand strategies, types of skillsets).
  • Support consistency across client portfolio in making timely, clear and thorough staffing requests for potential deals and extensions.

People Development
  • Attend and champions attendance of industry Communities of Practice, activates learning and development priorities and makes corresponding professional development investments at Market level.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, mentoring, and subject matter expertise for direct reports. Gives consistent feedback and makes the hard calls to effectively manage performance. Addresses people/HR escalations occurring within Portfolio in partnership with PBP and Legal.

Delivery Management
  • Act as the first line of sales and delivery accountability and escalation beyond the customer.
  • Individually build and maintain key client/partner relationships, leveraging Capability and/or industry expertise to bring client value.

Financial Management
  • Lead the financial forecasting for customer portfolio.
  • Manage investments, concessions and write-downs appropriately balancing Customer needs, Slalom values, and aggregate margin targets.

What You'll Bring
  • 15+ years of banking industry expertise, with a strong background in consulting, advisory, or technology implementation.
  • Proven track record of building and managing $20M+ sales pipelines and driving high-value client engagements.
  • Deep financial product expertise across deposits, lending, payments, treasury management, and banking M&A integration strategy and execution.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing the banking industry, including Basel III, Dodd-Frank, CECL, AML/KYC, PSD2, and evolving digital banking regulations.
  • History of consistently high-quality project delivery/leadership for large and complex engagements. Demonstrated ability to understand customers, influence/gain consensus, and manage risk
  • Demonstrated understanding of current trends, buying patterns and insights within industry or portfolio of business; ability to balance business strategy and goals, customer needs, and business financial health
  • Expertise in sales efforts including driving complex proposal creation, SOW creation, CSA/NDA navigation
  • Track record of leading negotiations and successfully closing deals with major clients, ensuring alignment with financial and operational objectives.
  • Models curiosity for multiple perspectives to mitigate biases and improve relationships.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $240,000 to $385,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
