In this role, as an individual contributor you will be responsible for leading our efforts in building and expanding key business relationships. This role is responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, strengthening existing collaborations, and driving revenue growth through strategic alliances.

To thrive in this position, you must be comfortable managing and growing ADP's relationships with organizations who are the vanguards ERP's and System Integrators in the market. You will be responsible for driving your partner accounts' success through innovation and analytics. As the primary point of contact, you will work with them on all stages of integration, scaling, driving adoption, product expansion, and account management. You will be responsible for working directly with key stakeholders ranging from developers to executives to help them leverage ADP's suite of products and service offerings to drive value for their end customers. What you'll do: Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day:
  • Own overall relationship with assigned partners; identify and partner with key customer stakeholders to ensure alignment between their business and product priorities
  • Be a strategic advisor and provide consultative guidance on how ADP products and services can drive value for your partners' end customers
  • Utilize your strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Drive adoption of ADP's products and establish deep insight on partners' business and customers
  • Solve complex partner challenges through creative problem solving by working cross-functionally with Product, Alliance Sales, Development, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Business Operations
  • Maintain comprehensive and timely records on partner referral and revenue generation activities
  • Deliver client pitches and presentations, present at internal and external events
  • Collaborate closely with ADP's sales, and product teams to ensure partner integrations and launches are timely and successful
  • Drive consistent renewal and growth of partner relationships, act as SME during sales cycle and negotiation of alliance agreements
  • Synthesize insights and learnings from partner interactions to inform product roadmap


TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
  • 8 years of managing Enterprise Client / Partner relationships in a very complex matrixed environment (partner operations, partner management, sales, clients and/or vendors)
  • Proficiency in Enterprise ERP, HCM, Payroll, Compliance or technology industry with partner programs

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
  • Experience noted above, OR

Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in partner support in the HCM, Payroll or Financial services verticals
  • Relationship building and management experience; with previous tech / data / financial services industries across the partner organization at executive levels
  • Strong business acumen with strong ability in presentation and visualization skills as well as generating insights with executives to engage and persuade to increase growth opportunities
  • Strong ability to communication cross-functionally with various functions such as Technology, Product, Alliance Sales, Development, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Business Operations
  • Ability to blend product, technology and business strategy to develop vision and strategy and communicate to various stakeholders to expand growth
  • Familiarity with ERP's, APIs, Privacy regulations (GDPR, U.S. State Privacy Laws, etc.) software development, sales, product development life cycle, or client-facing service experience
  • Proficiency and in-depth knowledge of ADP DataCloud and pertinent ADP businesses and functions
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
  • Partner and customer empathy with a laser-focus on making partners successful
