Job Description

GT SAP Developer, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Erlanger, KY. Analyze business processes and develop, document, and deliver end-to-end SAP processes and systems solutions. Participate in end-to-end design workshops. Provide knowledge of industry best practices and apply global SAP implementation experience. Complete technical specifications for reports, interfaces, conversations, enhancements, forms, and/or workflow (RICEFW). Collaborate with functional team to ensure technical design and delivery align to functional specifications and quality needs. Provide input to role-based security designs and solutions. Share knowledge of risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Mathematics, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience.
Must have five (5) years of experience with/in:
- SAP ABAP development on transformation projects;
- SAP S/4 HANA, SAP EWM and SAP TM;
- Experience in SAP Interfaces, Flex workflows, SAP BRF+, SAP Adobe Forms, oData and Fiori;
- Providing production support to a large/mid-size SAP application environment (revenue of business in excess of $100 million with more than 2000 employees accessing the system);
- Building and delivering production support following SDLC guidelines to meet service level agreements;
- Performing application development, testing, integration, and implementing DevOps principles; and
- Collaborating, building and supporting SAP integration environments.
Must have at least two (2) end-to-end SAP full lifecycle implementations, with at least one (1) being from inception to implementation.
Up to 10% domestic and/or international travel required.
Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
