Position Summary:
Inspection Supervisor provides technical oversight of a dimensional inspection team comprised of CMM programmers, CMM inspectors and Romer Blue Light inspectors. The inspection team measures parts to ensure dimensional conformity using best fit and coordinate measurements to ensure zero escapes. In addition to the quality aspect of the job, the dimensional inspection team is tasked with meeting critical production goals to ensure other departments consistently have work available and ship/revenue targets are met.

For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter . Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. - Facilitating required training programs to employees
- Utilize Timekeeping System to maintain weekly record of hours worked, along with explanation of overtime hours worked and ensures hours worked, vacation, personal hours, absences, are correctly documented so employees are paid accurately
- Ensure work cell equipment and resources are managed to meet daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly Throughput, Shipping and Productivity Targets
- Use Daily Flex Report and the Staffing Report to track and plan personnel according to production plans
- Review Priority Dispatch Report to ensure past due work orders are prioritized and completed
- Prepare and communicate daily results and challenges at the daily Line Walk
- Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel
- Communicate with Management as required to provide data, and resolve operational issues
- Identify, research, and coordinate plans to resolve any internal quality issues
- Maintain Quality by establishing and enforcing organization standards, and participate in MRB team meetings
- Observes safety regulations, wears required safety equipment, encourages safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to Management
Required Skills:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret customer/internal blueprints and point cloud files. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and other Company employees. Analysis and interpretation of customer and regulatory requirements

- Experience with Romer Arms, PCDMIS, and CMMs
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but experience (4 years) in lieu is accepted
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in supervising, leading, and developing a team of 10 or more employees
- 4+ years of scheduling/planning experience
- Aerospace industry experience required
