Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $73,100 - $135,700.

Essential Job Functions:
- Support the management of daily operations and work closely with a team of operations professionals
- Requires monitoring of time off for team members to ensure fairness and adequate staffing is in place daily
- Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures
- Create training procedures and update accurately the changes in processing as they occur
- Participate in data analysis and reporting activities, offering insights for improvement - using reports available within SharePoint Power BI
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet operational goals
- Work in partnership with the Offshore leadership teams to ensure Service Level Agreement standards are met
- Monitor and control departmental budgets
- Reporting and getting approvals for financial exceptions, being able to record them within the account ledger
- Make decisions to address operational challenges with guidance from superiors
- Contribute to departmental goal setting and planning
- Adapt to changing responsibilities and tasks as needed
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry the insurance industry with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity, growing steadily a team of a minimum of 5 direct reports
- Proven experience in Business Processing within Insurance Services
- Proficiency in strategic planning, team leadership, and business operations
- Strong accounting background to manage multiple accounts
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Proficient in, Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint
Work Environment:
- This position is fully remote within the United States only
- All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Home base, remote - Laptop, Docking Station, Monitors, Headset will be provided
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, core business hours are 8 am to 5 pm CST preferred
