Job Description

The Associate Director FP&A will report to the Director of FP&A. The individual will own the direct support of the agencies under the Publicis Commerce Group and Publicis Specialty Group and act as the strategic partner to their CFO. They will work closely with financial leadership to provide accurate and timely reports while overseeing a team of two

Responsibilities

  • Drive monthly forecast and annual budget processes including:
  • Building essential P&L models and support, in a complex operating structure, which are the foundation of Senior Leadership's fundamental financial tools.
  • Collaborating with other finance functional areas for inputs.
  • Lead Reforecast PPT deck preparations.
  • Accountability for forecast and budget input accuracy in Hyperion
  • Oversee and publish reforecast KPI package to Senior Leadership
  • Lead P&L reporting during the monthly close process, with a focus on:
  • Reports and Presentations for full P&L variance analysis
  • Headcount analysis
  • Short term revenue and headcount forecast input (future three months)

Oversee and publish Actual KPI package to Senior Leadership
  • Support Utilization Reporting to Finance leads
  • Supervise financial aspects of the capacity planning model
  • Create efficiencies and process improvements in HFM reporting, Month End, and budgeting.
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of Client Profitability reporting in HFM for actuals & forecasts.
  • Manage and develop high-performing team of two.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and a strong pulse on emerging financial analysis tech and tools


Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in a financial reporting role, with P&L management experience as well as people management experience
  • Committed, extremely detail oriented, self-starter with strong problem solving and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong ability to develop, refine and explain intricate financial models, with advanced Excel skills to support
  • Confident communication skills, to clearly and accurately convey metrics and analysis to internal teams, including Senior Leadership
  • Works well under pressure and under challenging deadlines in a fast-paced organization
  • Hyperion Financial Manager and Oracle Business Intelligence knowledge and SAP experience preferred
  • PowerBI experience is a plus

Compensation Range: $95,950 - $137,865 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
