Sr. Production Engineer

We're seeking a seasoned Production Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team focused on optimizing oil & gas production operations. This role offers the chance to lead engineering initiatives that improve well performance, enhance recovery, and drive cost-effective solutions.

What You'll Do:
Conduct production surveillance and lead periodic well reviews
Identify and execute workovers, repairs, reactivations, and decommissioning of wells
Support redevelopment and process improvement projects
Monitor and optimize artificial lift systems and waterflood operations
Analyze well performance and lease operating expenses
Collaborate with vendors, field teams, and regulatory stakeholders
Ensure safe, compliant operations across all projects

What You Bring:
Bachelor's in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
10+ years of experience in production or reservoir engineering
Strong knowledge of stimulation, acidizing, sand control, and artificial lift
Experience with waterfloods and Oilfield Manager software is a plus
EIT or PE certification encouraged
Ability to manage complex projects with minimal supervision
