Description:
hybrid-position ServiceNow Project Manager who would be responsible for overseeing the strategic management, optimization, and delivery of ServiceNow-based solutions. This role involves managing a portfolio of ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving continuous improvement in three key areas:
1) aiding in the replacement of a Solarwinds ITSM solution with a ServiceNow ITSM solution, including change and incident management;
2) ensuring GRC compliance for auditing and security;
3) assisting in developing a Workplace Reservation Management system, including wayfinding. Key responsibilities include overseeing project timelines and resources, as well as ensuring adherence to best practices, governance, and quality standards in ServiceNow deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the management and execution of multiple ServiceNow projects across various functions.
Align ServiceNow initiatives with business objectives and ensure portfolio goals are met.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project priorities, scope, and deliverables.
Track portfolio performance, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
Provide strategic guidance on ServiceNow product enhancements and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with governance and ServiceNow best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus
Proven experience managing ServiceNow portfoliosor large-scale projects
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platforms and modules.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day project execution.
Local to the Baltimore-Washington area for hybrid,
on-site office work
