Senior Accountant (Corporate Treasury) (P1-1898492-1)

Summary of Job Description:

The Senior Accountant (Corporate Treasury) is responsible for utilizing Alteryx to automate repetitive tasks, enhance data quality, and create reports. In addition to managing accounting processes related to digital transactions and bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy. This position is also responsible for assisting the Manager with MBO projects, training/mentoring associates, and overseeing Treasury activities.

Job Description:

• Utilizes and leverages Alteryx to automate routine tasks, improve data quality, and generate reports.
• Manages the accounting processes related to digital transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimization of payment systems, including fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
• Prepares and reviews bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness in a timely manner. Identifies and investigates reconciling items, such as outstanding checks, deposits in transit, and bank errors. Assists in the preparation of month-end close procedures, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Mentors and develops junior Treasury associates. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support company initiatives and provide guidance.
• Performs special projects as requested and proactively seeks to improve departmental processes.

Your background & experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with coursework in Accounting required
• Minimum five years of accounting experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment; Workday Financial experience preferred
• If hired, successful completion of annual store training
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: P3: $90,000 - $126,000 / Annual

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
