About the RoleTines is looking for a skilled and creative content marketing contractor to oversee our practitioner-focused content engine. This 12-month temporary assignment that will drive the creation and distribution of technical content that educates, informs, and engages security engineers and automation builders. You'll own SEO content, short-form content and distribution, social media, and influencer marketing.

What You'll Do
1. Own Practitioner & Builder-Focused Content
- Create technical, hands-on content including tutorials, workflow showcases, and security automation guides
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Labs, and Product Marketing to ensure accuracy and resonance with technical audiences
- Drive our SEO content strategy and manage coordination with external SEO partners to optimize performance
2. Oversee Content Distribution and Social media
- Own Tines' organic social media strategy (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Bluesky) to engage technical audiences
- Manage content distribution across social, email, and community platforms
- Enable Tines team members to amplify content with pre-approved assets and strategies
3. Scale Influencer & Partner Marketing
- Develop and manage relationships with technical influencers and content creators in security and IT
- Create co-branded content that broadens reach and reinforces thought leadership
- Support content initiatives with strategic partners to drive joint visibility and engagement
4. Manage Short-Form & Podcast Content
- Oversee a contractor producing the Future of Security Operations podcast, social clips, and short-form video
- Ensure alignment between podcast content and broader content strategy for practitioners
Who You Are
- 5-8 years in content creation, content marketing, and/or technical content writing
- Experience creating and distributing content for technical audiences-ideally in cybersecurity or developer platforms
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, and content performance metrics and SEO
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and manage external partners
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments and able to balance creative thinking with executional rigor
- A love for learning, open to giving and receiving feedback and passionate about making clients successful
- A startup mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment
Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 per calendar year.
