The Senior Inventory Planner for Bath & Body Works is responsible for the allocating and forecasting of inventory associated with product merchandising categories across both Stores and Direct Channels. This role generates and analyzes data and reacts to financial inventory plans by channel in support of the business initiatives, budget, and strategic objectives. They will report to a Manager, Director or AVP of Inventory Planning and lead a team of Inventory Deployment Analysts. Responsibilities

They will report to a Manager, Director or AVP of Inventory Planning and lead a team of Inventory Deployment Analysts. Responsibilities
- Lead the inventory deployment team, executing allocation targets by channel and manage inventory levels at sku level based on pricing and promotion, merchandise plans, targets, and exit strategies
- Incorporate allocation parameters (weekly projections, store forecasting, launch targets, supply chain capacities) into a network flow that meets sales and inventory goals
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and DC operations on orders, capacity, and continuous improvement on speed and agility
- Highlight the business opportunities and risks as it relates to inventory associated with the current unit position and actual performance of the business
- Review and provide seasonal hindsights for cross-functional team
- Provide the leadership and the necessary formal and informal training, including one-on-one development, needed to support a team that contributes consistent financial growth to the business

Qualifications
- 5-7+ years retail planning or relevant business experience
- Organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities at one time
- Expertise and technical skill proficiency using Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
- Expertise and technical skill proficiency using Arthur and/or MSI tools preferred; other retail planning systems experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, operations, economics, business, statistics preferred; or equivalent experience
