We are seeking a full-time Superintendent to manage 30+ sites for AWS in Northern Virginia. This role requires candidates to be based in Northern Virginia, with an additional need for a traveler for a 6+ month contract starting in June for AWS in the Northwest US. The projects involve upgrades to existing facilities.
Responsibilities
This role involves managing construction sites with a focus on upgrades to existing facilities. The work will require hands-on management of fiber pulls, new rack installations, and ensuring all work is done within existing conduit structures. The position demands close coordination with subcontractors and vendors to ensure that all project timelines are met.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Manage daily scope of work (SOW) for fiber pulls, new racks, and tasks within existing conduit.
- Oversee one subcontractor with the person authorization.
- Vendor management and subcontractor management.
- Ensure that construction schedules are adhered to and manage the overall project timeline.
- 5 years of experience on data center construction or industrial projects.
- Procore experience.
- Experience with schedule management and vendor/subcontractor management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
