Description:
Join our RCM team as a Software Engineer and contribute to the development and maintenance of robust backend systems that power our financial operations. You'll design, develop, and test software applications that handle critical RCM processes, including payment processing, claims management, and financial reporting. We work with technologies like .Net, Python, and SQL to build scalable and efficient solutions. You will work on well-defined tasks within a project and are responsible for delivering high-quality code. You have a good understanding of software development principles and can work independently or as part of a team. You begin to demonstrate an understanding of system design and architecture.

Skills:

• Solid programming skills
• Understanding of design patterns
• Experience with testing methodologies (e.g., unit testing, integration testing)
• Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting
• Ability to contribute to technical documentation
• Understanding of Agile development practices
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as .Net and Python
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management
• Familiarity with one of the main cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

Experience:

• Proficiency in Backend Technologies: Strong skills in .Net and Python, as these are explicitly mentioned as key technologies for building scalable solutions.

Annual Salary Range: $105,000-$125,000 with a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match
