As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

In this role, you will be responsible for the product life-cycle management of critical software tools that ensure uptime for data centers. You will lead the development and execution of product strategies, from conception through launch and ongoing maintenance. You will collaborate with engineering, product management, operations, and supply chain teams to align on strategic roadmaps and ensure product delivery.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead product lifecycle of software tools for data centers that drive industry leading uptime.
  • Manage product documentation (e.g., Business Requirements Document, Pilot Plan, etc.), phase gate reviews, communication and user feedback collection at various stages in the life-cycle (e.g., User Acceptance Testing, User Surveys, Critical User Journeys).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders ensuring accountability for planning, providing visibility into resource needs and intake management of new features or requirements.
  • Communicate with cross-functional team leads and senior management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.
  • Lead the collaboration among Engineering, Product Management, Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure regional and global alignment on strategic product and technology roadmaps.
