KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy
Monitor incoming/outbound inventory shipments
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve inventory discrepancies and issues
Monitor inventory levels and generate reports to identify trends and forecast demand
Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts
Assist with inventory audits and physical inventory counts
Implement and maintain inventory management systems and processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management
Provide support for inventory-related projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field, or 2+ years of experience in inventory management or related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
Certification in Inventory Management (e.g., CIM) preferred
