We're looking for a strategic partner to serve as both an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, providing high-level support to our CEO, CFO, CPO, and SVP of M&A while ensuring seamless office operations. This role requires an action-oriented, detailed, organized, and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and has a passion for supporting executive excellence and operational efficiency.

Compensation:
Guardian is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $100,000 - $110,000 plus an annual bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
Location: This role is an in-office role - requiring 3-4 days/week in the downtown Denver office (parking provided). Additional time may be required given the nature of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Calendar Management: Orchestrate complex executive calendars for the CEO, CPO, CFO, SVP M&A, and Head of Operations, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business goals. Anticipate scheduling conflicts, prioritize time-sensitive engagements, and maintain a seamless flow of executive commitments.
- Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up: Support executive-level meetings by preparing detailed agendas, presentations, and briefing materials well in advance. Capture key decisions, track follow-up actions, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as the point of contact between the C-Suite and internal teams, external partners, and clients as needed. Draft professional correspondence, ensure consistent messaging, and maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive communications.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and manage intricate travel itineraries for the C-Suite, balancing logistical efficiency with executive preferences. Ensure seamless coordination of accommodations, transportation, and meeting schedules.
- Expense Management: Manage expenses for the Executive Leadership Team in alignment with the company's T&E Policies.
- Special Projects and Initiatives: Partner with executives on high-impact projects, providing administrative and organizational support to meet critical deadlines. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive successful execution and completion of initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Office Management:
- Office Operations Oversight: Ensure the efficient operation of the office environment by managing vendor relationships, office supplies, and facilities services. Proactively address issues to maintain a productive workspace for all employees.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute office events and initiatives that foster a collaborative and positive work culture. Manage logistics for team-building activities, holiday celebrations, and leadership offsites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 8+ years of experience providing high-level executive support, with at least 4 years supporting C-suite executives.
- Proven ability to manage complex scheduling, travel coordination, and executive communications in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience managing logistics for company events, including leadership offsites, holiday celebrations, team-building activities, and other initiatives that foster collaboration and strengthen organizational culture.
- Strong project management experience, with demonstrated success in overseeing office buildouts and managing cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a trusted partner to senior leadership and external vendors.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, and various tools).
- Experience working in private equity, startup, or high-growth environments is a plus.
