At Amphenol-a global leader with over 130 business units delivering mission-critical interconnect and sensor solutions-we're looking for a Strategic Operations Manager to help us evolve our South-Central Wisconsin operations from a traditional multi-site structure into a high-efficiency new product launch center.

About the Role
In this high-impact role, you'll be directly involved in the transformation of multiple manufacturing sites into a consolidated, agile hub focused on rapid prototyping, fast deployment, and continuous improvement. You won't just lead projects-you'll help build the foundation for how we operationalize the future of sensing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive lean transformation and operational streamlining initiatives
• Support the design and implementation of a centralized new product launch center
• Guide the introduction of cutting-edge sensor technologies into production
• Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, etc.)
• Assist in developing future operational leaders through mentorship and training
• Contribute to long-term planning and change management across teams
• Strengthen operational KPIs: cost, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction

• A lean, integrated operation has replaced a fragmented multi-site structure
• Multiple new product platforms are launched through the new center
• A rapid prototyping unit with scalable, agile deployment processes is established
