Overview
How You'll Make an Impact:
As a Lead Business Development Representative for Data Sales within the TMTT verticals, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and advancing Epsilon's presence in this key sector. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities while supporting the overall growth and development of the Tech, Media, Travel & Telco verticals.
In this role, you'll leverage your sales acumen and data solutions expertise to meet aggressive sales goals and deliver meaningful results. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development, you'll collaborate across teams-including Legal, Data Strategy, Client Growth, Product, and Marketing-to identify qualified prospects, craft optimal Epsilon solutions, present, negotiate and close new business deals that meet client objectives and sales goals.
This position provides an opportunity to grow into a senior sales position by building relationships with mid-to-senior level decision-makers, achieving measurable sales targets, and gaining exposure to cutting-edge data products. You'll enhance your career through mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.

- Over five years of demonstrated success in a high-performing sales role, specializing in data or related fields.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior-Level Manager within the TMTT vertical to expand and strengthen the pipeline.
- A results-driven "hunter" with a proven passion and confidence for prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals.
- Comprehensive understanding of long sales cycles, with the ability to set achievable milestones and maintain consistent follow-up to ensure progress.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling messages to senior-level stakeholders.
- Proficient in Salesforce.com for detailed account management, documentation, and tracking.
- Expertise in foundational data sales, enabling analytics and audience targeting for impactful marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree required.
