Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering complex e-commerce projects on time and within budget.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Experience with e-commerce integrations (CRM, ERP, payment gateways, shipping solutions).
- Knowledge of web development processes, UX/UI design principles, and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Desirable:
- E-commerce certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner).
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, or digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- Familiarity with website security, GDPR, and compliance standards.
