We are seeking talented Architects to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will participate on a diverse range of cultural, institutional, and residential projects, engaging in all phases of design and project management. This position provides the opportunity to take ownership of key responsibilities, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with senior leadership in shaping comprehensive architectural solutions.
As an Architect, you will play a pivotal role in guiding projects from concept through completion, ensuring design integrity, efficiency, and successful execution. With guidance from the Principal in Charge, you will get exposure to asses and oversee project workflow, manage priorities, and maintain a strategic perspective on schedules, daily tasks, budgets, and staffing. This position requires advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, a keen ability to manage multiple projects, and the flexibility to adapt within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role calls for strong leadership capabilities, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to both design and project oversight.

Responsibilities
Lead projects with support of Principal in Charge, providing guidance and insight while overseeing your team's workflow and success.
Balancing strategy and execution in managing projects through all phases, from concept to completion.
Participate in development of project schedule, scope, budget, staffing planning and construction planning.
Independently produce comprehensive architectural drawing sets while reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and code compliance of your team's work.
Review and refine project design, development, and documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination across disciplines.
Conduct site visits to evaluate project progress, resolve issues, and ensure design intent is met.
Apply expert knowledge of commonly used architectural concepts, practices, codes and procedures to scope of work.
Skills/Requirements
Professional degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of relevant architectural experience, including successfully managing projects to completion.
Demonstrated project management and leadership skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
Proven expertise in leading teams and managing all phases of the design process.
Ensuring client satisfaction goals and expectations are met.
In-depth knowledge of architectural concepts, codes, materials, and best practices.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
Commitment to collaboration, professionalism, and contributing to firm-wide activities.
Programs/Software
Software including:
Expert in a BIM environment including use in Revit and AutoCAD.
Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Pay Range: The salary is estimated between $120,000 - $145,000 plus bonuses and benefits, contingent on relevant experience.
