We are seeking a highly experienced talent recruitment expert and onsite facilities manager to join our team. This position requires deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting along with experience managing site operations and facilities. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent across a variety of roles while also overseeing workplace infrastructure and ensuring operational excellence. In this role, you will serve as a strategic HR business partner, champion employee engagement, and manage day-to-day site needs to support a productive, safe, and inclusive work environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partnering
- Develop recruitment talent strategies that align with business goals, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance quality of hiring and candidate experience.
- Full-cycle recruiting, including workforce planning process, staffing forecasts, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Implement new vendors, tools and technologies that yield high quality candidates and measure effectiveness.
- HR business partnering to provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, team development, and HR best practices.
- Support employee engagement and retention efforts by driving cultural initiatives and recognition programs.
Facilities Management
- Oversee day-to-day facilities management, ensuring the site remains safe, clean, and fully operational.
- Serve as the main contact for facility matters, and maintain open, with a strong process improvement orientation and proactive communications with all levels of employees.
- Develop regular reporting mechanisms for facility performance, utilization, costs, and issues.
- Act as liaison between corporate real estate/facilities and the local site on
facilities planning needs, larger scale meetings, and site upgrades. Includes contract renewals and negotiations, equipment leasing and maintenance.
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors (e.g., cleaning services, equipment maintenance, cooling/heating needs, HVAC, etc.).
- Develop facility-related budgets and expenses, optimizing efficiency and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including emergency preparedness plans.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field. Degrees in STEM disciplines are highly preferred
- 7-10 years of HR experience with demonstrated expertise in full cycle recruitment (Executive through entry level) and site-level HR leadership.
- Previous roles as an HR Business Partner, Manager of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment operations and HR Site lead
- 5+ years managing small and large teams of HR Center of Excellence professionals
- Familiarity with vendor management, workplace safety standards, and space planning is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proactive in following up and ensuring timely delivery of requests and deliverables.
- Proven track record in executing multi-platform marketing campaigns, including email and social media.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Able to balance independent work with team collaboration, quick turnarounds, flexibility, and active listening.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Attentive listener, focused on translating needs into timely deliverables.
- Excellent writing and editing skills for press releases, web content, sales materials, and member communications.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in the use of marketing-related technology (web-based applications, Microsoft tools and MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, creative software, website content management, email delivery systems, webinar, survey platforms, AI platforms such as Copilot, and marketing automation tools.
