Current distribution includes 350+ customers throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan, China, South Korea, Hong Kong, and the Middle East.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

The Systems Integration Analyst will support the integrations team in ensuring seamless integration of business systems, especially ERP solutions-across the organization. This role includes contributing to the design and implementation of integration solutions that improve operational efficiency and streamline workflows. The ideal candidate will bring experience in systems integration, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong technical background in connecting complex systems. Familiarity with our current ERP and workflow processes will be developed as part of this role
  • Systems Integration: Assist in the implementation of business system integrations, including ERP solutions, to optimize operations and enhance productivity.
  • ERP Systems Integration: Facilitate seamless connectivity between ERP systems and other enterprise platforms, ensuring data consistency and operational alignment.
  • Software Development & Automation: Assist in developing and maintaining custom integration solutions using relevant programming and scripting languages to automate processes and improve efficiency
  • Data Management & Transformation: Oversee data mapping, transformation, and integration, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across all integrated systems.
  • Testing & Debugging: Lead the testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of integration processes to resolve technical issues and ensure reliable system performance.
  • Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system integrations.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams (including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders) to ensure successful integration implementations. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines and milestones are met. Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to handle competing demands.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration or a related Business/Technology discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in systems integration, ERP implementation, and business process optimization.
  • Experience with ERP platforms preferred
  • Proficient in SQL

Skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to integrate various business systems, including ERP platforms, ensuring smooth data flow and process automation.
  • Experience in working with databases like SQL, Oracle, or MongoDB for integrations, querying, and data management
  • Familiar with using APIs to integrate systems and platforms
  • Ability to map and transform data between different formats (e.g., XML, CSV) for system integration.
  • Ability to identify integration issues, diagnose problems, and implement fixes efficiently.
  • Skills in collaborating with business teams to gather and analyze requirements for integration projects.
  • Proficiency in testing integration processes to ensure the systems work correctly and meet performance standards.
  • Ability to write clear and concise documentation for integration processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Skills in planning, coordinating, and managing integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving integration needs.

Salary Range:

The base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $75,000 - $90,000
The actual salary for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or cash bonuses that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

The essential functions of this job require frequent sitting for prolonged periods of time as well as occasional standing and walking. Sensory demands require the ability to constantly hear and talk, both in person and by phone, and the ability to use a computer, calculator, and standard office equipment. Specific vision acuity required by this job includes close vision, the ability to adjust focus, and color vision when inspecting products. Physical demands include bending, stooping, and reaching above and below shoulder level in order to access records, as well as lifting and carrying files and documents typically weighing less than 25 pounds, with or without assistance.
