Job Title: Azure DevOps Specialist

Work model: Hybrid

Location: Waukegan, IL.
Roles & Responsibilities:
ADO Operations Management:
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps operations and pipeline management.
  • Experience with user onboarding and security group management in Azure DevOps.
  • Extensive knowledge on the operations side of ADO.
Linux System Administration:
  • Proficiency in managing Linux-based systems and applications.
  • Experience with monitoring and improving system health and performance.
Atlassian Product Administration:
  • Expertise in coordinating and maintaining Jira, Confluence, and SonarQube.
  • Familiarity with managing installs, upgrades, patches, and performance for Atlassian products.
  • Skills in managing Jira user permissions, screen schemes, notification schemes, custom fields, workflows etc.
Tricentis Product administration:
  • Expertise in administering and maintaining Tricentis products like Tosca, qTest and Vera.
Collaboration/Articulation Skills:
  • Ability to work closely with development and operations teams.
  • Ability to fix and solve deployment-related issues.
Documentation and Best Practices:
  • Proficiency in using Confluence for documentation and maintaining operational procedures.
  • Proficiency in system configuration and standard processes' documentation.
Analytical Problem-Solving:
  • Strong analytical skills to identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems.
  • Experience with using various analytical tools and techniques to diagnose issues.
SLC
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC (SLC) process and expertise.
  • Knowledge of GXP guidelines and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience on Azure DevOps.
  • 5+ years of experience on Atlassian Tools (JIRA & Confluence) and SDLC Knowledge.
  • 3+ years of experience on Tricentis Tools

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until May 04, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $ 79,240 - $ 154,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
