Position: Application Developer (Oscript Developer)
Location: Alexandria, VA
Duration: 24+ Months and possibility of extension

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Application Developer with strong Oscript development skills to join our team. This role is focused on maintaining and enhancing applications built on the OpenText platform, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered with high quality. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Oscript programming, experience with OpenText ECM, and a collaborative approach to working in Agile environments.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance client applications developed using OpenText Content Server and Oscript.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to implement functional and performance improvements.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and integration.
• Document code, configuration changes, and development processes for ongoing maintenance.
• Assist in the planning and execution of quarterly releases.
• Ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Oscript development and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR
• 5 years of hands-on experience with Oscript development in lieu of a degree.
