Responsibilities

The National VP of Corporate Accounts will be accountable for developing and executing the national strategy for key healthcare organizations, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), and other key stakeholders. Responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening long-term partnering, and leading a high performing team of Corporate Account Directors and Managers. Reporting to the Vice President of Commercial for the Americas, the NVP will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, pricing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and effective execution of account strategies across national accounts.

Qualifications
Develop and drive the overall national strategy for corporate accounts, focusing on key IDNs, GPOs, and other critical healthcare partnerships to align with corporate growth objectives.
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of Corporate Account Directors and Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
Oversee the negotiation and management of high-value, enterprise-level contracts, ensuring favorable terms that drive long-term profitability and business growth.
Cultivate and sustain strategic, high-level relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers within target accounts to build trust, influence, and sustained partnerships.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts and new strategic partnerships, ensuring revenue growth and expanded market share.
Shape and articulate compelling, customized value propositions that address the unique needs and priorities of corporate clients, reinforcing the company's position as a trusted partner.
Partner with senior leadership across sales, marketing, pricing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of corporate account strategies and alignment with company-wide goals.
Set clear performance expectations and key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking outcomes and driving continuous improvements to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
Anticipate and address complex customer challenges with a focus on resolution and relationship strengthening, ensuring a superior customer experience and long-term loyalty.
Provide regular, high-level strategic reports to executive leadership, offering insights on account performance, market trends, and recommendations for future growth opportunities.

Expected Areas of Competencies:
Proven track record of success in negotiating and managing complex national accounts, with experience in IDNs, GPOs, and enterprise-level partnerships.
