As an Upstream Chemicals Service Delivery Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Being accountable for product line service delivery performance within the region
- Ensuring all activities are carried out in line with our non-negotiables and cultural pillars
- Working closely with the Service Delivery Managers to understand activity forecast and verify appropriate resource mix to enable flawless execution and on-time delivery
- Conducting readiness review of personnel, equipment, facilities to deliver business plans and customer expectations and escalate to global team as necessary
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Have a minimum of 5 additional years of team leadership experience
- Have a thorough understanding of P&L and technical job planning requirements
- Be knowledgeable about oilfield production chemical applications such as flow assurance chemicals, corrosion inhibitors, fluid separators, and chemical management processes.
- Have a proven record of excellent leadership and interpersonal, influencing, and planning skills.
- Be able to manage, develop, coach and mentor teams across organizational boundaries
