Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
San Diego, CA $143,500- $194,000
Mt. View, CA $154,000 -$208,500
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at ).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
Responsibilities
Drive program teams to achieve strategic outcomes rapidly, effectively managing dependencies and removing obstacles to ensure business success. Employ best practices in initiating, planning, and executing critical cross-functional programs from inception to completion. Design and implement program structures that empower teams to achieve successful outcomes. Track progress meticulously, develop standardized reporting mechanisms to keep key stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and issues, and prepare materials for regular updates to sponsors, Finance leadership, and Intuit leadership. Facilitate productive discussions with subject matter experts to drive optimal solutions and results. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Intuit and the Finance organization. Promote continuous improvement across teams to foster operational excellence and accelerate progress across Intuit. Serve as a role model for change leadership, ensuring effective change management is integrated into all programs. Employ effective questioning techniques to identify technical gaps, facilitate sound decision-making, and drive necessary trade-off decisions to achieve program objectives. Leverage strong relationships and operational discipline to cultivate collaboration and shared accountability for outcomes across Finance and Intuit. Maintain a holistic perspective, aligning program/portfolio activities with Intuit's overall strategy, including relevant industry context.
