The Opportunity:

We have an upcoming opportunity to support the United States Central Command's Directorate of Intelligence (USCENTCOM J2) with strategic and tactical all-source intelligence analysis support. In this exciting opportunity you will conduct responsive, efficient, and reliable analysis and production to satisfy USCENTCOM's primary lines of effort (LOEs). This will include analytical requirements focused on counterterrorism, counter insurgency, regional and transregional issues, energy, socio-cultural, and/or assisting with collection methodology. Help assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that help protect the Department of Defense (DoD) and advance USCENTCOM J2's priorities in the Middle East.

Responsibilities:
  • As an ISR Collection Operations Manager supporting USCENTCOM J2, you will have the opportunity to
  • This is a position that may require deployments to provide on-site technical and functional support at CENTCOM AOR OCONUS locations.
  • Apply intelligence collection systems and capabilities to collaborate across the IC to understand customer intelligence needs and gaps to optimize developing and validating collection requirements.
  • Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection against requirements, the execution of collection plans, and strategies to provide intelligence support.
  • Assess the value of collected intelligence versus the customers' needs.
  • Manage data, ensure data consistency, produce visualizations, and develop models to report findings.
  • Identify collection gaps, assess collection options, and provide recommended solutions.
  • Assist in the development of methods and criteria to evaluate whether collection requirements have been satisfied; using Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs), Measures of Performance (MOPs), other assessment methodologies and produce feedback of findings.


Qualifications:

Required
  • TS/SCI clearance required with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • Specialized training and Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or 14 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • The ability to meet USCENTCOM AOR deployment requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate as part of a team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with organizational partners.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior military and civilian government officials, managers, and co-workers.


Desired
  • Previous experience conducting similar work to support a COCOM or national-level intelligence agency.
  • Deployment experience in the USCENTCOM AOR supporting the JTF/CJTF.
  • Knowledge of USCENTOM ISR operations.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$70,900 - $148,900
