Highlights:

You will join a group of well-trained Pediatricians who enjoy teaching residents and medical students both in the office and the nursery while caring for a primarily underserved population
The group composed of 5 Pediatricians and 2 CRNPs
The office is located on the West Reading campus just one block from the Hospital and less than one mile from the new Drexel-Our Medical School
Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
On-call rotation will be 1 in approximately every 5 evenings and weekends, on average, with 1st call Family Medicine senior resident coverage for answering service calls
Inpatient teaching rounds in the nursery approximately every 5th week with Allopathic and Osteopathic Family Medicine residents and medical students rotating in Pediatrics
The hospital's Pediatric services include: around the clock in-house Neonatology coverage for deliveries and consults; a dedicated Pediatrics service in the Emergency Department; 24/7 Pediatrics Hospitalists; some ambulatory Pediatrics specialty services
A supportive administration that is providing the resources to grow the service
