Clinical Director/CCBHC Director
Program Name: Administration
Works with the following population: New Horizons Behavioral Health
Minimum Requirements: A Master's degree in social work or counseling, and professionally licensed: LMSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, or LMFT. Three (3) or more years' experience performing management responsibilities in Behavioral Health.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Mental Health, I/DD and Addictive Diseases.
Days & Time: This position will work 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday. Most programs work from 8am to 5pm, with a one-hour lunchbreak.
Pay: $95,000 - $105,000 per year

- Supervise/Manage MH/AD/DD services of all of New Horizons' programs for adults, children, and adolescents.
- Ensure high quality services in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Values of New Horizons Behavioral Health.
- Provide visionary leadership to the clinical staff.
- Participate in the agency's strategic and operational planning.
- Plan and organize program structure and policies to meet organizational and programmatic objectives.
- Oversee the agency's CCBHC activities.
