What You'll Do
As a Marketing Manager II, you'll lead the charge in designing, developing, and launching innovative patient-focused marketing initiatives across Immunology, Specialty, Oncology, and/or Neurology. You'll:
- Drive marketing strategy and patient engagement tactics across key channels (email, app, media, print, SMS, SEO/SEM, and more)
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Access & Reimbursement, Analytics, Regulatory, Legal, and Creative Agencies
- Support CRM and MarTech integrations to drive personalized engagement
- Manage agency partners and marketing budgets with precision
- Work at the intersection of creativity, data, and compliance to shape exceptional patient experiences
What You Bring
- 5+ years in brand and/or digital marketing (preferably within pharma or healthcare)
- A strong grasp of patient engagement and retention strategies
- Experience navigating regulatory review processes and managing compliant campaigns
- A test-and-learn mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead without authority in a complex, cross-functional environment
Bonus Points If You:
- Have product or service launch experience
- Know your way around tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Figma, or CRM platforms
- Have experience across multiple therapeutic areas
