Role Summary:

The Project Manager, Enterprise Change Management, reports within the Enterprise Change Management vertical directly to the Program Manager. This role is primarily responsible for leading project management activities for enterprise-wide initiatives. Working cross-functionally across all verticals, the Project Manager plans, manages, monitors, and reports on all aspects of assigned programs, acting as both subject matter expert and primary point of contact.

As part of a dedicated team of project managers, this individual will manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives, ensuring each aligns with strategic objectives and achieves targeted outcomes. The team is responsible for planning and overseeing the successful execution of program and project activities in alignment with the organization's mission and strategic goals.

A critical aspect of this role involves collaborating closely with enterprise and vertical leaders to support the advancement of strategic initiatives and effectively managing stakeholder commitments. The Project Manager will foster a collaborative, trusting, and accountable environment within departmental and cross-functional teams to drive success and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver project scope on time, reviewing integrated project plans, escalating and communicating resource needs, facilitating process mappings sessions and managing issue resolution
  • Track key project milestones to recommend adjustments to working team as well as executive leadership
  • Communicate with stakeholders to inform them of program strategy, direction and changes, and identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Support Leadership in prioritizing and organizing the organization's strategic workstreams and management of the leadership team
  • Liaise with Executive Team, and other operational leaders, to ensure effective, aligned and efficient program delivery
  • Scope of responsibilities includes process documentation and standardization for initiatives such as Sales/Marketing, Go To Market, Facilities, Customer Operations Integrations, and Product.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall Project Management and other project management methodologies
  • 3+ years of experience in project management; experience prioritizing and organizing programs while defining KPIs and metrics
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to work independently managing complex programs and budgets; advanced ability to conduct risk assessments and develop a mitigation plan
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating process mapping sessions with cross-functional stakeholders, translating outcomes into clear, comprehensive process manuals and standardized playbooks to enhance alignment, clarity, and operational effectiveness.
  • Proven project leader with strong collaboration instincts and a keen eye for the details; managing others to success; ability to move tasks and projects across complex departmental structures
  • Proven capability to craft business narrative for executive leadership in a formal and informal setting
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
