Salary Range: $98,092.80 - $104,000
Clearance: SECRET

About the Role:

Trinity IT is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Acquisition Management Support I professional to provide comprehensive acquisition, analytical, and administrative support to senior-level executives. This role involves research, records management, business valuation support, and financial analysis to ensure the success of key acquisition initiatives and program activities.

This position is contingent on contract award.

This position requires a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance, which requires US citizenship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily program and acquisition management support to senior executives.
  • Conduct research and analysis in support of acquisition strategies and business valuations.
  • Maintain and manage acquisition documentation and records in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of acquisition packages, schedules, and reports.
  • Perform data analysis related to financials, market conditions, and vendor performance.
  • Support various administrative and operational tasks related to acquisition activities.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality, timely support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of acquisition best practices and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Active SECRET clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in acquisition support, contract administration, or related analytical roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word); familiarity with acquisition systems or tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and processes.
  • Experience supporting government acquisition programs or working in a contracting environment.
  • Understanding of financial modeling or valuation methods.
