Reporting to the Sr. Director of Research & Prospect Management, the Manager is responsible for improving or establishing processes, implementation of these processes related to research and prospect management. Is responsible for tracking, managing, reporting on moves management activity. Responsible for prospect management dashboards/ reports to help drive fundraising efforts, portfolio optimization, proposal tracking, and pipeline management. Overseeing prospect assignments and maximizing the use of the department system to track the information. Assists in maintaining the integrity of the database. Estimated salary range for this position is $82167.72 - $106818.04 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications:

Additional Qualifications:
  • BA in Business preferred.
  • Expert level proficiency in CRM systems (Raiser's Edge preferred) with proven ability to create custom queries and reports and to map workflows internal and external to the database.
  • Prospect research, prospect management and database management experience required.
  • Regularly exercises judgement, discretion and independent decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of PaperSave and OMatic is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, strong attention to details.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365 preferred, with advanced proficiency in Excel required.
  • Able to prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-faceted position with time sensitive functions where accuracy is paramount.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
