Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
The Project Manager will collaborate closely with the Enterprise Integrated Marketing (EIM) team to drive the successful execution and delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple business units, including Enterprise, Business Insurance, Bond & Specialty Insurance, and Personal Insurance Marketing. This role is crucial to ensuring seamless integration within the EIM team, driving successful end-to-end execution and delivery of medium-to-high complexity projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
The Project Manager has intermediate-level project management skills, enabling them to lead a diverse portfolio of projects from initiation through to completion. With limited supervision, this role will oversee all aspects of project planning, resource coordination, risk management, and cross-functional team alignment, ensuring the successful execution of integrated marketing initiatives across all channels, including creative, digital, print, video, media, and more. Project Leadership & Execution:
- Drive the day-to-day project management for a variety of marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and integration between EIM team members, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
- Responsible for the development and active management of project plans and timelines in close partnership with channel leads, working teams, and stakeholders.
- Effectively manage resources to meet project timelines, delivering marketing initiatives on time and upholding quality standards.
- Establish and maintain clear objectives, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring adherence while adapting to changing project needs.
- Ensure timely completion of marketing projects while remaining flexible and finding solutions within the timeline to still meet agreed upon major milestones.
- Proactively identify potential risks or challenges to project success and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring all project requirements, expectations, and objectives are clearly understood and met.
- Communicate project deliverables and priorities to cross-functional stakeholders to gain their alignment and required resources.
- Keep key stakeholders apprised of project status and progress, including timelines, status, and key milestones.
- Foster a collaborative working environment within EIM and cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of project management experience within an advertising or marketing setting
- Experience managing others and/or project teams.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex project schedules and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of creative development, digital marketing, omnichannel planning, and program management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project goals and progress to a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience with project management software/tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Workfront is the preferred platform).
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.
What is a Must Have?
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of project management experience required.
