Rebound Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist to lead its sports performance programming.
This position is based at our Rebound @ Boss Sports Performance facility - a premier 10,000 sq. ft. training center equipped with 40 yards of turf, state-of-the-art strength and conditioning equipment, and force plates.
Boss Sports Performance is recognized as Central Oregon's top training destination for both local and professional athletes. Athletes come to Boss to optimize performance and anchor their injury recovery process.
At Rebound, we are deeply committed to supporting both local and national sports organizations. Our involvement goes beyond financial contributions - we actively provide expertise and hands-on support. We currently sponsor a number of programs, including local high schools, club organizations, and U.S. Ski & Snowboard.
Outreach and engagement with these organizations are integral parts of this role.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.

Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Oregon
- 2+ years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
- Strong foundation in sports injury rehabilitation and performance training
- Experience working with athletes of varying levels, from youth to professional
- Ability to collaborate with strength and conditioning coaches, athletic trainers, and other healthcare providers
- Passion for athlete development, injury prevention, and return-to-sport programming
- Comfortable leading and developing sports performance programs
- Willingness to participate in community outreach and athlete education
- Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) or Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) preferred
- Background in strength and conditioning (CSCS or similar certification is a plus)
