Job Description
At Aperia, we are looking for a successful Quality Assurance Engineer, who will ensure that applications and products meet our high-quality standards before they reach customers. Your role involves designing diverse use cases and performing tests to identify and rectify defects. You should possess strong technical skills, a deep understanding of testing methodologies, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and adherence to standard company policies and procedures. Additionally, a great QA engineer should have the capability to automate test cases using industry-standard software testing tools like Tosca, Selenium, Playwright, and QTP.
What you will do:
Developing and Executing Test Plans: Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases to ensure that all aspects of the product are thoroughly tested. Automation: Designing, developing, and executing automated scripts using various tools and frameworks to increase the efficiency and coverage of tests. Manual Testing: Conduct manual tests when automation is not feasible, focusing on exploratory testing to identify bugs that automated tests might miss. Bug Identification and Reporting: Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs or issues. Work with the development team to ensure issues are resolved and perform regression testing to confirm fixes. Compliance with Standards: Ensure that the products comply with company standards, industry regulations, and best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and provide feedback on design specifications. Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance quality and productivity. Risk Assessment: Analyze and prioritize risks to determine the most critical areas to focus QA efforts on. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of the test plans, test cases, bug reports, and any other relevant information to ensure transparency and traceability.

Additionally, a great QA engineer should have the capability to automate test cases using industry-standard software testing tools like Tosca, Selenium, Playwright, and QTP.
What you will do:
You will need to have:
- 3+ Years of Functional testing knowledge related to SalesForce
- 5+ Years of strong experience in manual and automation testing with Tosca (preferred) and/or other automation frameworks.
- Understanding BRD and HLE and design RTM for application around SalesForce.
- Testing Experience with good understanding of Software Test Lifecycle.
- Good experience in Manual testing of SalesForce application.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Raise any defects found during testing and escalate in accordance with set procedures to ensure resolution of issues within appropriate timeframes to minimize impact on project quality and schedule Provide regular updates on progress of allocated Test scripts and Test scenarios automation to ensure Testing deadlines are met.
- Good communication and leadership skills.

- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/ MS Degree
